Buyers' claims regarding the product's appearance, weight and price must be made at the time of product collection.
If it happened that the product was of poor quality at the time of purchase, the e-store Heydekrugkepykla.lt undertakes to remove the defects of the product free of charge or replace it with a good quality product free of charge. Also, by mutual agreement between the Buyer and Heydekrugkepykla.lt, reduce the price, or return the amount paid to the Buyer.
