Purchase rules
In order to purchase goods in the Heydekrugkepykla.lt e-store, you must register by filling out the registration form. In the registration form, you must provide the following personal data: first name, last name, e-mail address. postal address, delivery address and telephone number.
The buyer does not have the right to buy the Goods in the Heydekrugkepykla.lt e-store if he has not read the Purchase Rules or does not agree with them.
The buyer in the Heydekrugkepykla.lt e-store selects the Goods, agrees to the Heydekrugkepykla.lt Purchase Terms and clicks the "Buy" button of the Heydekrugkepykla.lt e-store. The buyer must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 16 years of age, you must have the permission of your parents, guardians or other persons responsible for you.
In the Heydekrugkepykla.lt e-store, product descriptions and other information related to goods and purchases are provided as accurately as possible.
The purchase transaction must be completed within 24 hours. until receiving the goods, i.e. one day before placing the order with the buyer.
Heydekrugkepykla.lt is not responsible for the fact that the color, shape or other parameters of the goods may slightly differ from the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the video viewing equipment used by the buyer.
Heydekrugkepykla.lt does not offer the possibility to order individual products with original decoration.
All products and their decoration at Heydekrugkepykla.lt are made manually using maximum natural raw materials. Therefore, heydekrugkepykla.lt reserves the right to ensure visual conformity to the extent possible when decorating with handmade elements, without violating taste and technological requirements.
Product prices are given for the given moment. Heydekrugkepykla.lt reserves the right to change descriptions and prices without separate notice, but such changes do not apply to already confirmed/paid orders, i.e. which the Customer has submitted and Heydekrugkepykla.lt's confirmation has been sent to the Customer and/or otherwise provided in writing.
Product description, composition, allergens, storage conditions are available on the website. The buyer can familiarize himself with the description and make a decision on placing the order.
The buyer chooses goods according to the assortment, prices and basket formation units presented on the website heydekrugkepykla.lt, i.e. the buyer can order the product in the required quantity by evaluating the pcs. weight.
Validity of purchase rules
Heydekrugkepykla.lt has the right to change, amend or supplement the Purchase Rules for important reasons (taking into account changes in laws and/or legal norms, changes in market conditions or other objective grounds, etc.). If the buyer had placed an order before the terms were changed, the previously valid terms and conditions will apply, and the buyer's order will be fulfilled under such terms. The buyer is recommended to familiarize himself with the current version of the Purchase Rules at the time of placing the order and to confirm this by ticking a special box before placing each order.
The buyer has the right to cancel the order within 24 hours. until the scheduled product collection/order fulfillment time. In this case, the Buyer is released from the obligation to pay for the product, and if he has paid, Heydekrugkepykla.lt returns the money paid to the Buyer within 5 working days.
The Parties undertake to resolve all disagreements and disputes that may arise between the Buyer and Heydekrugkepykla.lt during the purchase and sale transaction through mutual negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached through negotiations, the disputes are examined in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
